Your order will be processed and shipped the same day via DHL or Postnord. Delivery times vary: Postnord (2–3 days in Europe, 2–5 days to the USA, 7–11 days internationally) and DHL (next day in Europe, 3–7 days globally). Customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept returns, but damaged items can be exchanged by contacting customer service.

I am very dissappointed in shipping. You did not inform us as customers that UPS is charging an additional fee to deliver the package. I ordered from your company and UPS charged me $78.00 to deliver the package. It makes no sense to pay additional shipping. I w ill not order again until this stops.

I was scared that these were the mini ones, which have a different texture. I was happily surprised when they arrived and they were the full size ones! They’re sooooooo soft! Best ones I’ve had from anywhere!
I recently became obsessed with Bubs and refused to pay the amount most are charging in the US (I am frugal, not cheap). I saw value in purchasing it in bulk directly from Sweden and found Nordic Banger. Since I ordered on New Year’s Day, I believe there was a slight delay in packing my order (which is fine). My order was delayed due to the UPS warehouse in Germany. I read this UPS location often has delays, so I received my package 3 days late. My order was correct and arrived as expected, so I’m happy.
