Processing and shipping confirmation
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the address you provided with details of your order. We strive to process orders received on weekdays within a few hours and ensure same-day dispatch. Your order will be shipped to the address you provided, and our logistics partners, including DHL Express Worldwide and Postnord Recommended First Class, ensure fast and safe delivery contact us
Shipping & delivery timeline
Delivery times are subject to DHL and UPS operating hours and the postal services in the destination country, which may vary. Packages may occasionally experience delays, especially if they are held up by customs. If your order has been shipped but does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please allow at least 10 days before contacting us for assistance.
Once an order leaves our distribution center, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other unforeseen external factors. Due to the nature of our products (perishable candy and food), we cannot accept returns. This policy applies even in the event of order cancellation, accidental misordering, or change of mind after purchase.
Customs & import regulations
Import duties, taxes and fees may be imposed on your order when it arrives in your country and these are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are beyond our control and cannot be predicted by Nordicbangers.com. As the importer, it is your responsibility to comply with your country's regulations and laws regarding the importation of consumer goods.
In cases where an order is rejected due to local taxes, rejected by customs due to local regulations, or not picked up by the recipient, we cannot offer reshipment or refunds. Additionally, orders that are rejected, not picked up, seized, or held by customs are not eligible for a refund or return, as the perishable nature of our consumables prevents replenishment or resale.

This registration allows us to comply with FDA regulations and ensure that our products meet the necessary safety and quality standards for distribution in the United States. Please note that FDA registration does not imply FDA approval, but it does ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for our product categories.
Refunds & returns
Due to the nature of our food and confectionery products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or broken product, we will be happy to offer an exchange. Please contact our customer service for further instructions.
