This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, war, government requisitions, restrictions, general shortages, transportation difficulties, labor disputes, power failures, and supply or subcontractor disruptions due to such events. Under these or similar conditions, if fulfilling the agreement becomes unduly burdensome or costly, parties are relieved from their obligations.
