Paiement et expédition

At checkout, customers are prompted to select their preferred payment method, informed whether prices include or exclude Value Added Tax (VAT), and the applicable VAT rate. Orders are dispatched within 3 days unless otherwise noted. Shipments occur on regular business days, from Monday to Friday. Shipping fees may be applied in addition to the item price, which, if applicable, are clearly listed at checkout.

Items in the store may display expected delivery times. We maintain the right to remove items from an order if they are unavailable, with a corresponding price adjustment. Should you choose to replace an unavailable item with a different product, it will be treated as a new order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

Should you receive a product that is defective or not as ordered, it is imperative to notify us promptly, no later than 10 days from the point at which the discrepancy was or should have been identified. Returns should be made in the original packaging and through the original shipping service, accompanied by a comprehensive description of the issue.

To initiate a return, please follow the directives provided under the “Customer Service” section on our website. Should a replacement product be unavailable within a reasonable timeframe, we commit to reimbursing both the return shipping costs and the purchase price of the product in question.

We advise customers to thoroughly research product compatibility to prevent unnecessary returns and expenses.

Force majeure

Both parties are excused from fulfilling contractual obligations if such fulfillment is rendered impossible or substantially impeded by unforeseen events or circumstances beyond their control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, war, government requisitions, restrictions, general shortages, transportation difficulties, labor disputes, power failures, and supply or subcontractor disruptions due to such events. Under these or similar conditions, if fulfilling the agreement becomes unduly burdensome or costly, parties are relieved from their obligations.
